My story.

My wife and I purchased our dream home 4 years ago. We were both working and paying our bills on time with good credit. We refinanced the house after the first year because we were hit with an unexpected property tax bill. To keep our house payment low, we chose a three year arm plan. In the past 15 months things have changed.

My daughter-in-law’s family moved in with us with their 2 kids after her husband lost his job because his plant closed. She recently lost her job because a major employer could not make a deal with the state, the company relocated to a nearby state
